After moving from Colorado, I seemed to fit into all that Houston has to offer!  I am blessed everyday to be in Real Estate..What a great opportunity Houston has for anyone who wants to succeed! Start a business, Houston is ranked one of the best large cities for entrepreneurs..I started my real estate business in 2007, the decline had just started. I have continued to grow my business every year in sales, could I have done so well anywhere else?? I do not think so..

I moved here from Colorado in 2006, Colorado was at the peak in Real Estate when I sold my ranch to move to Houston due to my husbands job.  We bought a home sight unseen off HAR website and came to Houston! People ask me why would I leave Denver to come to Houston, the answer is simple “Cold Weather”..Shoveling snow, driving with crazy people who think since they have a four wheel drive they can fly down the highway in a blizzard, but eventually end up in a ditch or think when May has come that summer is on its way, wrong! Snow in May can happen..I love the warm weather here, even the heat is fine..Much better then snow!  The prices of Real Estate are reasonable, there are jobs, businesses are opening! Houston is the Home for Opportunity!
